"There is nothing permanent except change" We lose an hour this weekend but that means the sun does not go down until 7:23pm on Sunday!
For those people out there that may have some trouble adjusting to the time change, I have added a few tips below to help you through. 1. Start preparing a few days early Start going to bed 15-30 min early to give your body a chance to adjust to losing the hour. 2. Stick to your schedule Be consistent with eating, workouts, etc. 3. Don't take long naps As tempting as it may be, try to avoid naps. This will make it harder for you to fall asleep at night. If you must, take them early and no longer than 30 min. 4. Avoid coffee and alcohol Avoid drinking coffee and alcohol 4-6 hours before bedtime.
