My name is Raisa Regozo. My name literally means REJOICE! My passion is showing and teaching people how their bodies were meant to feel at their best. A good balance of relaxation and work are what make our bodies complete on all levels.

I have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2007. I graduated from the esteemed Sutherland-Chan School in Toronto. Additionally, I studied and completed Reflexology at Centennial College. I received my Reiki certificate from Reiki Soul in Toronto, and most recently, in 2016, I completed my CanFitPro personal training with an incredible 99%.

I work with clients of all ages and walks of life from children to elderly, office workers and athletes, teachers, dancers, and more. I absolutely love what I do and can't wait to meet so I can share it with you.
