Cancellation Policy

Your therapist’s time is valuable, please respect our professional time. Please allow 12 hours prior to your appointment to cancel to avoid a late cancellation fee. Late cancellations will be charged half of the treatment cost.

NO-SHOWS will be charged for the full treatment cost. Clients who arrive late will be accommodated as time is available and charged for the full treatment cost of the original appointment.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on packages. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, the remaining value of your package will be added as a credit on your account and can be used towards another service(s) of your choice. 

Requirements of our Clients

- Mutual respect is given at all times

- Massage sessions begin and end at scheduled time. Massages that begin late due to client arriving late, end at the appointed time and are full price

- Client must not be under the influence alcohol or drugs

- If cancellation is necessary, please give 12 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for the appointment unless it can be filled, or rebooked within the next 5 days. Emergency cancellations are at the discretion of the therapist

- Client is to complete a health history and update when necessary

- Parent(s) and or guardian(s) must be present in the treatment room for treatments on minors 12 and younger. They must sign health and consent forms for minors under 18.

- Client must be clean (showered same day as session)

- It is best not to eat a heavy meal less than two hours prior to the massage

- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangement are have been made prior to service

- Payments are made in the day of appointment via cash, cheque, debit, or credit card

- During outcall appointments, if a client is not available to start within 15 minutes of the appointed time, he/she is charged for the appointment.

- Sexual harassment is not tolerated. If RMTs feel their safety is compromised, the session will stop immediately and charged at full price.

What the client can expect from their RMT

- Clients are always treated with respect and dignity

- Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times

- Clients are provided with a competent, professional massage each time they come for an appointment

- Accurate records are kept and charts reviewed before each session

- RMTs stay current with information and techniques through reading, receiving weekly massages, and taking at least one workshop yearly

- Personal and professional boundaries are respected at all times.

- Clients are draped with a sheet or towel at all times during the massage. Only the part of the body being worked are undraped at any time.

- Massage are customized to the client’s needs

- If clients feel uncomfortable for any reason, treatments may be modified or terminated at any time. Charged fees are subject to the condition of treatment termination.

- All equipment and supplies are clean and safe

-RMTs perform services for which we are qualified (physically and emotionally) and able to do, and refer clients to the appropriate specialist when work is not within the scope of the massage therapy practice.

- We are available to clients from 9 am to 7pm, and clients can reach us through email or voice mail, 24 hours

- Calls are returned within 24 hours

- RMTs do not diagnose

- A fair price is charged for service and offer a discount and special offers when appropriate

- We do not provide direct billing for insurance, but we may assist clients filling out the appropriate forms

- If we need to cancel, we will do so within 12 hours whenever possible

- If a client is dissatisfied with a massage and no other arrangement can be agreed upon, a 50% refund of the session is honoured
